Message from HUSKY Management

Updated: Sep 25

Over the last several weeks, Husky Terminal has worked diligently to bring our carrier's vessels back on schedule following various delays across the network. The vessel advancement efforts have come with come pain points including compressed export receiving windows and a surge in imports that have increased gate congestion.

To mitigate the impact while maintaining focus on assisting vessels to get back on schedule, Husky Terminal has now opened up four (4) hoot shifts each week and added additional export appointments to ensure no cargo is left behind. Moving forward, Saturday gates will be added over the next few weeks to provide further opportunities to service our shipping and trucking partners.

With current projections and continued uncertainty in the market, it is expected that the increased demand will continue for the next several weeks. Husky is committed to constantly evaluating our service delivery performance to adjust as necessary. As always the commitment is to make long-term changes that will be supported by our Industry Partners across all hours of operations.

Thank you for your understanding and continued partnership as we work through these challenging times. Husky Terminal remains committed to meeting the standards you expect!
