What are your business hours?

Terminal Transfer Inc. is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. 

Our shipping and receiving hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, however we are closed during lunch hours from 12:00pm to 12:30pm.

Do I need an appointment?

 

If you are picking up a specific commodity, a specific customer that is on storage at our facility or freight that we have transloaded, please contact us to setup and appointment. We would like at least a 24 hour notice in order to have your freight ready and available for you to pickup in a timely manner without any delays.

 

If you are picking up Import freight or dropping off export freight, we generally do not need an appointment as we operate as first come first served. Please just stop in at the front office with your shipment information (IT number, Pickup number, Booking number) and we will be glad to help you out and point you in the right direction.

What areas of service do you cover?

 

Terminal Transfer provides Intermodal Container Drayage to Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana with expedited transit times and customer satifaction.

 

Our LTL fleet services both Oregon and Washington, and provides liftgate, residential, hot shot, and white glove services.

Do you have a gated or secured facility?

 

Terminal Transfer has a 1.5 Acre dedicated storage yard located in Portland that is gated and monitored with top of the line securty cameras. 

 

Our main facility in Portland is a customs bonded facility which is equipped with an additional 26,000 sq.ft. of gated outside storage area that is monitored with top of the line security cameras.
